Trax Softworks Telephone Support Options
Technical support and customer service are provided to all Trax customers covered by maintenance contracts via telephone or online.
You can get product support via the telephone during the hours of 8 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday by calling 805-649-5800.
Before calling, you should have the information listed below available. If you are calling from a
service bureau and the product is registered in your customer's name, let us know who the registered customer is, so we don't have to
waste your time figuring it out while you're on the phone.
If you have any additional information which will help us answer your question on the first try, please provide it.

- Please include the exact text of any error messages and explain what you were trying to do.
Special arrangements for off hour support for installation, testing, or special projects can be made by contacting us in advance.
