General Pricing Terms and Conditions

Software prices are based on current IBM CPU Model Group classifications.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

All software is licensed by CPU.

All prices are expressed in U.S. Dollars. There are two licensing and pricing plans available: Perpetual Pricing and Annual Pricing

Maintenance

Annual license fees include maintenance.
Perpetual licenses include the first year of maintenance; maintenance charges are 15% of the current purchase price each year thereafter.
Technical support and updates are included with maintenance.

Discounts

The following discounts are available to qualified sites:

An education discount is 25%.
A multi-site discount is 15%.
A multi-CPU discount is 25%.

System Upgrades

If upgrading a CPU, the difference in fees will be charged.

Conversion

There is no charge for converting from one operating environment to another within the same model group.

Documentation

Two complete sets are included with each product.
One User's Guide, one Reference Card and one Installation Guide are included with each new release.

Service Bureau License

Any service bureau who wishes to provide access to these products to its customers, must obtain a Service Bureau License. The Service Bureau Licensed is priced at an additional 100% of the applicable model group price.
